Elmwood man drives through field, fences TRIVOLI – An Elmwood man allegedly drove an automobile through a field, through tall bushes and under two barbed-wire fences. He is also accused of rear-ending a parked vehicle, according to authorities. Rashann Grier-Bain was implicated in the incident, which happened about 2:30 a.m. Aug. 18 in the 18200 block of W.
