Police reports• PEORIA – A Bartonville man is to serve 70 days in the Peoria County Jail in connection with an animal-abuse case last year in Princeville. Stephen D. Kalb, 42, also was sentenced to two years of probation June 5 in Peoria County Circuit Court, according to a report from WMBD-TV in Peoria. Kalb pleaded guilty in April to one count of aggravated cruelty to animals. His former girlfriend, Stacy Mueller, pleaded guilty one month earlier to that charge and received two years of probation….
