Kolowoski of Elmwood was behind the wheel of a 1996 International truck that stopped shortly before 3 p.m. Oct. 26 on Hanna City-Eden Road at Eden Road before it backed into a 2021 Mitsubishi Mirage, a Peoria County Sheriff’s Office report stated.
