• YATES CITY – Josie R. Moore, 24, of Yates City was charged on Feb. 14 with possession of methamphetamine between 5-15 grams, unlawful delivery/possession, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of a hypodermic needle, according to a Peoria County Sheriff’s report.
• BRIMFIELD – Mark Edward Moore, 67, of Brimfield was charged on Feb. 14 with possession of methamphetamine between 5-15 grams, unlawful delivery/possession, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of a hypodermic needle, according to a Peoria County Sheriff’s report.
• EDWARDS – Charles Eric Cuevas, 48, of Edwards was charged on Feb. 15 with DUI alcohol, according to a Peoria County Sheriff’s report.
• YATES CITY – Joshua A. Cassidy, 38, of Yates City was charged on Feb. 15 with unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a weapon, unlawful possession of a hypodermic needle, and three counts of failure to appear in court with fee, according to a Peoria County Sheriff’s report.
• ELMWOOD – Jesse J. Eldridge, 37, of Elmwood was charged on Feb. 20 with failure to appear in court with fee, indirect criminal contempt, and driving on a suspended license, according to a Peoria County Sheriff’s report.
