2-16-20 – William J. Self, 39, Toulon, was issued a notice to appear for breach of peace.
2-16-20 – Michael J. Winslow, 47, Dunlap, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and for driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content over .08. He posted his driver’s license and $100 cash bond before being released with a court date.
2-16-20 – A 13-year-old Bradford teen was reported missing to authorities.
2-19-20 – Angela I. Cecil, 36, Toulon, was issued a notice to appear for criminal damage to government supported property listed as a Class 4 felony.
2-21-20 – Donna l. Courtway, 58, Toulon, was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and for leaving the scene of a property damage accident. She was released with a notice to appear.
2-17-20 – Galva police dispatched to the 500 block of SE 2nd Street for a disturbance complaint involving a suspicious person. Officers located the suspect and warned him not to return to the establishment.
2-17-20 – Galva police were flagged down on Exchange Street and advised of a dog running loose on Main Street. The officer located the dog but was unable to capture it.
2-18-20 – Galva police dispatched to the 00 block of NE 4th Ave. for a complaint of a subject screaming and yelling.
2-19-20 – Galva police dispatched to the 800 block of NE 2nd Street for a report of two dogs running loose in the area. Neither dog was located.
2-19-20 – Galva police dispatched to the 100 block of SW 3rd Street for a report of aggressive dogs that had approached subjects walking and growled at them. The dog owner was located and advised of the complaint.
2-19-20 – Galva police spoke to a resident by telephone about a violation of an order of protection complaint. As a result, William Kelly, 48, Kewanee, was issued a notice to appear for two counts of violation of an order of protection.
2-20-20 – As the result of a disturbance complaint in the 00 block of NE 4th Ave., Bradley Wheeler, 42, Galva, was arrested for battery, aggravated assault, and disorderly conduct. He was transported to the Henry County jail.
2-20-20 – As the result of a loose dog in the 700 block of NW 5th Ave., Robert Kremer, 59, Galva, was issued an administrative warning ticket for allowing a dog to run at large.
2-21-20 – Galva police dispatched to the 200 block of NE 4th Street for a child custody dispute.
2-22-20 – Galva police dispatched to a single-vehicle accident with damage only on Midland Road just north of Route 34. A crash report was completed.
2-22-20 – Galva police dispatched to the 00 block of SW 4th Street for a loose dog complaint. Officer was not able to locate the dog.
2-23-20 – Galva police dispatched to the 300 block of SW 3rd Street for a theft complaint.
