5-28 – Renee L. Johnson, 48, Toulon, was ticketed for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, improper lane usage, leaving the scene of an accident with vehicle damage, and failure to report a crash to authorities. She was issued a court date.
6-15 – Cheryl L. Miller, 63, Fort Thomas, Ky., was cited for speeding 69 mph in a 55 zone.
6-16 – Jill M. Verstraete, 48, Bradford, was ticketed for driving on a suspended license, driving with no rear registration light and driving without a driver’s license on person. She was released with a court date .
6-16 – Muhammad O. Rehmani, 32, Dunlap, was cited for speeding 91 mph in a 55 zone. He was issued a court date.
6-16 – William R. Matson, 80, Springfield, was cited for speeding.
6-16 – Demetrio Favela-Garcia, 36, Beardstown, was ticketed for speeding 67 mph in a 45 zone. He was issued a court date.
6-16 – Robert J. Huffman, 18, Princeton, was cited for speeding 77 mph in a 45 zone. He was issued a court date to appear.

6-19 – Michael D. McManis, 57, Peoria Heights, was ticketed for speeding 71 mph in a 55 zone.
6-20 – Ramsey L. Ingels, 24, Toulon, was ticketed for driving a vehicle with suspended registration and for driving with no vehicle insurance. He was released with a court date.
6-20 – A 17-year- old Kewanee juvenile was cited for speeding 71 mph in a 55 zone.
6-22 – Mariza Gamboa, 38, Buford, Ga., was ticketed for speeding 64 mph in a 55 zone.
6-22 – Casey N. Jaywork, 38, Peoria, was ticketed for speeding 77 mph in a 55 zone.
6-22 – Alan S. Gardiner-Atkinson, 69, Galva, was cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He was released with a court date.
6-23 – Anthonie J. L. Williams, 22, Peoria, was ticketed for speeding 68 mph in a 55 zone.
6-23 – Kody M. Beller, 29, Wyoming, was cited for driving on a suspended registration. He was issued a court date.
6-23 – Melvin Odir Rodriguez Espinoza, 18, Wyoming, was ticketed for speeding 60 mph in a 40 zone and for driving without insurance. He was released with a court date.
6-23 – Amy L. Porter, 51, Peoria, was cited for driving while her license was suspended and for driving an uninsured vehicle. She was released with a court date.

Stark County

6-18 – A deer-related vehicle accident occurred on Illinois Route 91 involving driver Marvin E. Potter, 60, of Wyoming. No injuries were reported but estimated damage to the 2008 Harley Street Glide motorcycle were reported at over $1,500.
6-22 – A single-vehicle accident occurred on Route 17 and 800E near Catalpa Grove. The driver was Victor Koelling, 76, of Toulon. Koelling was cited for driving under the influence and for improper lane usage.
6-16 – Authorities had an abandoned boat and trailer towed to the impound lot from a location in Modena near the entrance of the Allendale Club.
6-18 – Jack L. Davis Jr., 56, Toulon, was issued a notice to appear in court on a battery charge.
6-21 – Following a short pursuit on behalf of an attempted traffic stop driver Paige L. Weida, 24, Neponset, was stopped and cited for speeding 71 mph in a 55 zone, fleeing and or attempting to elude a police officer,and possession of methamphetamine. She was released with a court date.
6-23 – Shakitta S. Foster, 36, Peoria, was arrested for possession of adult-use cannabis in a vehicle, speeding 72 mph in a 55 zone and improper lane usage. She wasreleased with a court date.
Peoria County report
6-20 – Joshua T. Humes, 42, of Wyoming was arrested at 9 p.m. and was being held for the Illinois Department of Corrections, according to the Peoria County Sheriff’s Office.
6-21 – Neil A. Bush, 49, of Wyoming was arrested shortly before 10:45 and was being held for another law-enforcement agency, according to the Peoria County Sheriff’s Office.
Knox County report
6-2 – Shortly before 2:15 p.m., David R. Heinrich, 71, of rural Galva was driving a 1986 Chevrolet Corvette west on Knox Highway 4 at Knox Highway 15 east of Altona when the vehicle struck a deer. Heinrich was uninjured, a Knox County Sheriff’s Office report stated. The vehicle was drivable; its front-left headlight was damaged.

6-17 – to a residence on NE 9th St. for a subject having a mental-health crisis and requesting an ambulance. The subject was transported for treatment/evaluation.
6-17 – to the 300 block of SW 4th St. in reference to an excessive garbage complaint. Officer gave the resident several options from Eagle Enterprises for additional containers.
6-18 – to the 300 block of SE 6th St. for a telephone harassment complaint.
6-19 – to assist with an accident involving a semi vs. pickup truck on Page Street north of town.
6-19 – to the 600 block of SW 2nd Ave. in reference to a sex offender act violation. As the result, Kyle Hand, 37, Galva, was arrested for failure to register (social media accounts) as a sex offender. He was transported to Henry County Jail.
6-19 – to the 200 block of NW 2nd Ave. for a domestic disturbance involving a juvenile. The juvenile was placed in the prisoner part of the squad car. The juvenile then kicked the rear door of the police car, causing damage. The 15-year-old was issued a juvenile referral for criminal damage to state property and released with a required appearance to Henry County Court Services.
6-20 – to the 600 block of NE 2nd St.for a solicitor complaint. The subject did not have the required permit and was asked to leave the area until a permit could be obtained.
6-21 – Officer spoke to a subject in the 100 block of E. Division St. about having a bonfire on a non-burn day.
6-21 – to the 400 block of NW 9th St. for a theft over $500, which consisted of building materials.
6-21 – Officer was flagged down in the 100 block of NW 7th Ave. for a disorderly conduct complaint.
6-22 – to the 400 block of NW 3rd Ave. for a suspicious person complaint. Officer located the subject, who was very belligerent.
6-22 – to the 100 block of Front St. for a complaint involving theft of a lawn mower.
6-22 – to a single-vehicle accident in the 1200 block of SE 2nd St. The subject was transported by ambulance.
6-22 – to the 300 block of NW 1st St. for a juvenile complaint.
6-22 – Officer checked on a vehicle parked in the 500 block of SE 2nd St. at a business after closing hours. The car belonged to an employee who stayed late.
6-23 – to the 600 block of NW 1st St. for a city ordinance violation.
6-23 – to the 00 block of SW 2nd St. for a suspicious vehicle complaint.
