Stark County

6-2 – Melvin O. Rodriguez Espinoza, 19, Wyoming, cited for driving without vehicle insurance, while his license was suspended and unlawful use of a registration. He was issued a court date and his Jeep was towed and impounded.
6-2 – Two Bradford residents were arrested following a traffic stop. Alexis J. B. Green, 32, formerly of Colona, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a hypodermic syringe, driving without vehicle insurance and operating a vehicle with suspended registration.
A passenger Dustin E. See, 39, Bradford, formerly of Buffalo, Iowa, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a hypodermic syringe and obstructing justice. Both individuals were released with notices to appear . Green’s vehicle was towed and impounded.
6-3 – Mason L. Robinson, 26, Savannah, Ga., was cited for speeding 35 mph or more over the speed limit. The driver was clocked at 90 mph in a 45-mph zone. He was issued a court date.
6-4 – Daniel Kieser, 20, Wyoming, ticketed for driving 77 mph in a 55 zone.
6-5 – Marie L. Schloemer, 37, Bettendorf, Iowa, ticketed for speeding 80 mph in a 55-mph zone.
6-5 – A 16-year-old Bradford teen was cited for speeding 81 mph in a 55-mph zone, for driving an uninsured vehicle and issued a court date.
6-6 – Summer L. Christopher, 32, Disputanta, Va., was cited for driving while her license was suspended and for driving on suspended registration. Her vehicle was towed and impounded.
6-6 – Troy A. June, 25, Toulon, was booked for possession of adult-use cannabis by a driver, improper use of vehicle registration and illegal transportation of alcohol by a driver. Also charged was Hunter L. Donovan, 23, of Toulon, charged with possession of adult-use cannabis in a vehicle by a passenger, threatening a public official and resisting or obstructing a peace officer. Both men were released with court dates to appear. A 2025 Dodge Ram pickup truck pulling a boat trailer and boat was towed and impounded.
6-7 – Dalton J. Palmer, 30, Cambridge, was cited for driving an uninsured vehicle.
6-7 – Sara L. Brimhall, 33, Kewanee, was cited for driving on an expired registration and for illegal transportation noted as meth residue. Her vehicle was towed and she was released with a court date.
6-7 – Aaron Martinez, 24, Roanoke, Va., was cited for driving while his license was suspended. His vehicle was towed and he was released with a court date.
6-7 – Eddron D. Broaden, 43, Belleville, was cited for driving without insurance and issued a court date.
6-7 – Candace P. Robinson, 37, Dunlap, was ticketed for driving on expired registration and issued a court date.

Peoria County report
5-17 – An Edelstein man said he wasn’t injured in a two-vehicle crash east of Dunlap that resulted in a hospital visit for the other driver.
Kirk Hammer was driving a southbound 2007 Chevrolet Impala at 10:15 a.m. on Illinois Route 40 at Cedar Hills Drive when the vehicle collided with a 2015 Ford Fiesta driven by Nancy A. Hoffman of Farmer City, a Peoria County Sheriff’s Office report stated.
Hoffman was driving west on Cedar Hills Drive and thought she had a green light, she said. Her vehicle clipped the rear driver’s-side fender of the Impala. Hoffman sustained a minor right-hand laceration and was transported to OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria. Both vehicles were towed.
A minor accident resulted from lanes being blocked because of this wreck. While merging, a 2023 Kia K5 driven by Cynthia L. Cravens of Bradford struck a 2010 Toyota Tundra driven by Louis V. Holmes of Peoria. No injuries were reported. Damage was minimal.

6-2 – to speak with a resident in the 100 block of SE 2nd Ave. in reference to a city ordinance violation regarding furniture left in a yard.
6-2 – to speak with a resident in the 800 block of NE 3rd Ave. in reference to a city ordinance violation regarding a disabled and abandoned vehicle parked in the yard.
6-2 – to the 00 block of SE 2nd Ave. for a complaint of juveniles knocking on doors and running away.
6-3 – to the 300 block of NW 3rd Ave. to check an open door. No one was around. The door was secured.
6-4 – As the result of a traffic stop in the 200 block of NW 4th Ave., Samuel Busick, 29, Towanda, was cited for operating a vehicle when registration suspended and operating an uninsured vehicle. He was released with a court date.
6-4 – to the 300 block of NW 1st St. for a neighbor dispute.
6-4 – along with Stark County Medic to a residence on NE 4th Ave. for a suicidal subject.The subject was transported for evaluation/treatment.
6-4 – As a result of a traffic stop in the 1000 block of SE 2nd St., Nicholas Dillworth, 33, Robinson, was cited for operating a vehicle when registration suspended for mandatory insurance and issued a court date.
6-5 – to assist the Black Hawk area task force with a search warrant on a residence on W. Division St.
6-5 – to the 300 block of NW 1st St. for an ongoing neighbor dispute.
6-5 – to the 600 block of NW 1st St. for a loose and aggressive pitbull. Officer spoke to the owner, who advised their child let the dog out. They were warned of Illinois leash laws.
6-5 – to Illinois Route 34 east of town for a disabled vehicle. The vehicle was moved off the roadway.
6-5 – along with Stark County Medic to a residence on West Division Street for a subject threatening suicide. They were transported for evaluation/treatment.
6-6 – to the 300 block of Commercial St. for a male subject screaming. The subject appeared to be suffering from a mental-health crisis.
6-6 – to the 300 block of NE 1st St. for an illegal-burning complaint. The resident put the fire out after being educated on the city ordinance about burning regulations.
6-6 – to the 00 block of NE 4th St. to assist a citizen apparently suffering from a mental-health crisis.
6-6 – Steven Ewing, 73, LaFayette, was cited for illegal transportation of alcohol by a driver in the 1000 block of SE 2nd St.
6-7 – Andrea Lodato, 32, Galva, was cited for operating a vehicle when registration suspended and operating an uninsured vehicle in the 800 block of SE 2nd St. She was released with a court date.
6-7 – two more times to the 00 block of NE 4th St. to assist a citizen apparently suffering from a mental-health crisis.
6-8 – to the 200 block of SW 4th Ave. for a complaint of an open door on a vehicle. During the complaint, officer determined that one of the subjects had a warrant. As a result, Jamie Howard, 36, Galva, was arrested on a Knox County warrant for failing to appear on several traffic charges. She was taken to the Henry County Jail.
6-8 – to Illinois Route 34 just west of town for a hitchhiker in the roadway.
6-8 – to the 400 block of SW 7th St. for a complaint of a young juvenile who wandered onto the complainant’s property. A parent arrived within minutes looking for the child.
6-8 – to the 100 block of SW 5th St. and to the 100 block of SE 2nd St. for a complaint involving juveniles harassing each other.
