5-29 – Michael C. Davis, 50, no address listed, was cited for speeding 70 mph in a 55 zone.
5-29 – A complaint of disorderly conduct reported from the 100 block of W.Main St. in Bradford was investigated with no further action.
5-29 – A complaint of a young juvenile without supervision was reported in the middle of the road at the intersection of W. Clinton St. and Tonti Road in Toulon. Authorities reported that the minor was no longer in the roadway.
5-30 – Steven W. Parsano, no age or address listed, was cited for speeding 70 mph in a 55 zone.
5-30 – A complaint involving a driver on a four-wheeler popping wheelies in the road was received from a resident in the 700 block of N. Galena Ave. in Wyoming. Authorities were unable to locate the individual.
5-31 – A traffic stop near the intersection of Illinois Route 40 and Castleton Road resulted in two citations being issued to Carlos E. Oconner Jr., no age or address listed, for speeding 80 mph in a 55 zone and for unlawful possession of adult cannabis by a driver. His vehicle was towed and he was released with a court date to appear.
6-1 – A hit-and-run accident was reported from the 200 block of Peoria St. in Bradford. No injuries were reported.
6-1 – A disorderly conduct complaint was handled in the 100 block of W. Main St.
6-2 – A disorderly conduct complaint was handled in the 100 block of N. Washington St., Toulon, where a teenage juvenile reportedly did a “burn out” on a motorized scooter from a business.
6-3 – A trespassing complaint was handled by authorities on a private property complaint on Illinois Route 17 rural Wyoming. A male subject involved was located and advised not to return from the location.
6-4 – Stark County Sheriff’s deputies assisted the Kewanee Police Department in locating a vehicle which had fled from authorities in Kewanee heading east on the Osceola Road reportedly driving 100 mph. The unoccupied vehicle was later located near 1700N and 1691E. township roads and was towed from the scene. The incident remains under investigation.
6-4 – A vandalism complaint was reported by rural Toulon resident who stated that an individual had run over their extension ladders laying by their driveway.
6-4 – Gerardo L. Arana Lopez, 26, no address listed, was cited for driving without a valid driver’s license and speeding 86 mph in a 55 zone.
6-4 – Tempestt N. Lawton, 40, Peoria, was cited for speeding 80 mph in a 55 zone and for possession of adult cannabis by a driver. She was also found wanted on a Peoria County warrant and extradited to the Peoria County Jail.
6-5 – Darryl Beasley, 59, Peoria, was cited for driving on a suspended license plates due to mandatory insurance and driving while his license was revoked. He was also found wanted on a notice to appear for failure to appear on a charge for driving while his license was revoked. He was released with a notice to appear.
6-5 – Gomez J. Carreno, 46, Melrose Park, was cited for speeding 74 mph in a 55 zone.
6-5 – Family problems were handled as the source of a complaint received from the 300 block of W. Thomas St. in Toulon.
6-5 – Emergency personnel responded to a call from a resident in the 300 block of N. Olive St. where a tenant reported that her ceiling had collapsed. The mother and two children were not injured but had to seek temporary living arrangements.
6-5 – Chance A. Whisenand, 25, no address, was cited for speeding 73 mph in 55 zone.
6-6 – Alexander W. Vervynck, 21, no address, was ticketed for speeding 73 mph in a 55 zone.
6-6 – Possible gun shots were reported by a Bradford resident in the 100 block of Breen Ave.
6-6 – Cheryl A. Winter, 74, was ticketed for speeding 74 mph in a 55 zone.
6-6 – Anthony K. Dante, 34, Jacksonville, was ticketed for failure to signal, driving while his license was suspended, possession of adult-use cannabis by a driver, and no vehicle insurance. His vehicle was impounded and he was issued a court date to appear.
6-6 – John M. Hahn, 69, no address, cited for speeding 72 mph in a 55 zone.
6-6 – Neighborhood troubles were reported by a resident in the 500 block of N. Galena Ave.
6-6 – A loose-dog complaint was received from a Toulon resident in the 500 block of W. Main St. A pit bull reportedly had chased a neighbor back into his home. The pet owner was contacted and advised.
6-7 – Matthew M. Perham, 48, of Laura, was ticketed for speeding 75 mph in a 55 zone and driving with no vehicle insurance.
6-7 – A deer-related vehicle accident occurred on the Modena Blacktop involving driver Stephanie N. Dorsey, of rural Toulon. No injuries were reported.
6-8 – Nicholas M. Summy, 41, no address, was cited for speeding 82 mph in a 55 zone.
6-8 – Lindsey A. Rule, 25, no address, was cited for speeding 79 mph in a 55 zone.
6-8 – William A. Rouse, 59, no address, was cited for speeding 69 mph in a 55 zone.
6-8 – Bradley D. Moore, 49, no address, was cited for speeding 74 mph in a 55 zone.
6-8 – Jared M. Portwood, 59, Rochester, Minn., was arrested for possession of a weapon by a felon, driving
without a valid registration and driving with no vehicle insurance. He was extradited to the Bureau County Jail. On June 10, he was released with a notice to appear.
6-8 – A traffic accident reported with no injuries occurred on Illinois Route 17 near Wyoming. Driver Gregory B. Knowles, 26, no address, reportedly fell asleep while driving and crashed. He was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
6-8 – James E. Rogers, 59, Wyoming, was arrested on two Henry County warrants for failure to appear on the original charges for criminal trespass and driving over 35 mph of the speed limit. He was taken into custody and extradited to the Henry County Jail.
6-9 – Braden A. Merritt, 20, no address, was cited for speeding 75 mph in a 55 zone.
6-9 – David D. Shallenberger, 53, no address, was arrested and taken into custody on a Knox County warrant out of Galesburg and was transported to the Bureau County Jail for extradition by Knox County authorities.
6-10 – Zachary Mott, no age or address, was cited for driving without a valid registration.
6-10 – Adam D. Marsh, 42, no address, was cited for operating a vehicle without a valid registration and for no vehicle insurance.
6-11 – Jakob A. McFadden, 25, no address, was cited for speeding 83 mph in a 55 zone.
6-11 – A 17-year-old Kewanee juvenile ticketed for speeding 72 mph in a 55 zone.
6-11 – Tyler J. Petersen, 30, Clinton, Iowa, was cited for improper vehicle registration and speeding 76 mph in a 55 zone. Possible additional charges may be pending.
6-12 – Jennifer C. Boland, 41, no address, was cited for speeding 70 mph in a 55 zone.
6-12 – Ethan C. Pollack, 36, no address, was ticketed for disobeying a stop sign.
6-12 – Patrick C. Peach, 42, no address, was ticketed for driving under the influence (A2) and for speeding 74 mph in a 55 zone.
6-13 – A two-vehicle accident occurred at the intersection of Illinois Routes 78 and 17 west of Toulon involving a semi-truck and trailer and a 2012 GMC Terrain. Drivers involved were identified as truck driver Keith I. Knobloch, 62, Wyoming, and Tyler D. Simoneaux, 37, of Galva. Both drivers refused medical treatment at the scene. The accident remains under investigation.
6-14 – Cal M. DeBaillie, 24, no address, was cited for speeding 78 mph in a 55 zone.
6-14 – Erik J. Streitmatter, 25, no address, was cited for speeding 78 mph in a 55 zone.
6-14 – Ryan D. Burt, 45, Bradford, was ticketed for driving a vehicle with a suspended registration and for operating a vehicle without insurance.
6-14 – Timothy P. Thomas, 34, no address, was ticketed for driving on a suspended license and speeding 80 mph in a 55 zone.
6-14 – Matt Koener III, 69, no address, was cited for driving on a suspended vehicle registration due to mandatory insurance.

6-16 – A deer-related vehicle accident occurred near the Bradford American Legion west of Bradford. The driver was Lane T. Joos, of rural Wyoming. No injuries were reported.

6-16 – Jacob D. Hoelzel, 34, no address, was ticketed for speeding 72 mph in a 55 zone.

6-17 – Ronnisha T. Wilkinson, 39, no address, was cited for speeding 77 mph in a 55 zone.
6-18 – Neighborhood issues were reported and handled in the 800 block of E.Main St. in Toulon.
6-19 – A 17-year-old driver, address not available, was cited for speeding 74 mph in a 55 zone.
6-19 – Nick M.E. Yoho, 42, no address, was cited for not having a valid vehicle registration, driving on a revoked license, improper use of vehicle registration, driving without vehicle insurance and illegal transportation of alcohol by the driver. He was also found wanted on a Knox County warrant for failure to appear on an obstructing justice offense. He was released with court dates to appear in both counties.

6-15 – to a wild-animal complaint about a raccoon found on a porch. They were given information for wildlife removal services.
6-15 – As the result of a traffic stop in the 300 block of Main St., Arely Hernandez, 26, Kewanee, was cited for operating a vehicle when registration suspended and operating an uninsured vehicle. She was released with a required court date.
6-15 – to SE 6th St. to speak to a resident about a pile of junk placed on the terrace.
6-15 – Officer assisted Stark County Medic with a lift assist on NW 7th Ave.
6-16 – to the 900 block of North Center Ave. for a juvenile-mischief complaint.
6-16 – to the 600 block of SW 2nd Ave. for a loose-dog complaint.
6-16 – to the 200 block of SW 2nd Ave. for a counterfeit-currency complaint.
6-16 – to the 200 block of SW 3rd St. for a complaint involving a violation of an order of protection.
6-17 – Officer was flagged down about a city-ordinance violation involving burning on a non-burn day in the 800 block of NW 1st Ave.
6-17 – to a residence on N. Center Ave. for a welfare check while severe weather sirens were activated. The subject was fine.
6-17 – to the 400 block of SW 1st Ave. for a disturbance/parking complaint.
6-17 – to the 00 block of SE 6th St. to assist a citizen.
6-17 – to the 400 block of NW 2nd Ave. for a neighbor dispute.
6-17 – to the 400 block of SE 3rd St. for a solicitor complaint. Two subjects were located had no permit. As the result, Andrews DeJesus, 34, Chicago, and Atixat Sengmeuangkhoun, 24, Chicago, were each issued administrative warning tickets for soliciting with no permit.
6-17 – to the SW 6th Ave. train tracks for a crossing-arm malfunction. BNSF was contacted.
6-18 – to the 300 block of NW 6th Ave. for a complaint involving several dogs that ran away and two young children followed them. The dogs and children returned home.
6-18 – to the 400 block of NE 2nd Ave. for a physical domestic disturbance. As the result, Jacob Todd, 30, Galva, was arrested for aggravated domestic battery (strangulation). He was transported to the Henry County Jail.
6-18 – Officer spoke to a subject by telephone about a loose-dog complaint from the previous day.
6-18 – twice to the 600 block of SW 2nd Ave. for a loose-dog complaint. As the result, Ida Terry, 28, Galva, was issued an administrative warning ticket for allowing dogs to run at large.
6-19 – to the 700 block of NW 3rd Ave. for a fireworks complaint.
6-19 – to the 1100 block of SE 2nd St. for a 911 hang-up complaint. It was determined to be a pocket dial from a passing motorist.
6-20 – to Route 34 east of town to assist a motorist whose vehicle appeared to be broken down. The subject was fine and was able to continue driving.
6-20 – to the 400 block of NW 1st St. for a loose-dog complaint. The dog was located and impounded. It was later returned after the owner contacted police.
6-20 – Officer assisted the ambulance with lifting a patient on SW 4th Ave.
6-21 – to the 300 block of NE 6th St. for a loose-dog complaint. The dog ran into a nearby corn field and was not captured.
