Bailey to attend Lincoln Day Luncheon

WYOMING – Stark County Republicans have attracted a big name for their annual Lincoln Day Luncheon being held Saturday, March 28, at the Stark County 4H Grounds.

A representative of Republican gubernatorial candidate Darren Bailey called this week to confirm Bailey would be attending the luncheon, according to Stark County Board Member Adam Wilson.

Bailey won his second straight primary election on March 17 to set up a rematch with Gov. JB Pritzker in Illinois. Bailey received 53.5% of the vote to defeat three other candidates.

Also scheduled to attend the 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. event are State Reps. Travis Weaver and Ryan Spain and State Sens. Neil Anderson and Li Arellano.
