Stark County
10-26 – A two-vehicle accident occurred at 310 Diagonal St. in Wyoming. Driver Joshua M. Belville, 31, of Wyoming, attempted to back out of a private drive and was struck by an oncoming vehicle driven by a 17-year-old Wyoming girl. No injuries were reported but both vehicles sustained estimated damages over $1,500. No tickets were issued.
10-27 – A two-vehicle accident occurred at the intersection of W. Clinton and N. Union St. in Toulon. Drivers involved were Jeffrey R. Fritz, 49, of Wyoming, and Jesse R. Raver, 42, Kewanee. No injuries were reported and no tickets were issued. Damages topped $1,500.
11-2 – A deer-related vehicle accident occurred on Route 17 approximately a quarter of a mile east of 900E. The driver was Joshua M. Watson, 42, of Toulon. No injuries were reported but the vehicle sustained over $1,500 in damages.
11-2 – A traffic accident occurred at the intersection of Prairie and Henderson St. in Toulon. Driver Craig O. Hodges, 37, Peoria, was traveling south on Henderson Street when he made a left turn and struck a parked vehicle owned by Thomas A. Down Jr., of Toulon. No injuries were reported and no tickets were issued.
11-6 – A deer-related vehicle accident occurred on 1100N approximately an eighth of a mile east of Vineyard Rd. The driver involved was Dustin R. Gorden, 38, Kewanee. No injuries were reported. Damages topped $1,500.
10-28 – A harassment complaint was received from a patron at the Spoon River Bowl in Wyoming.
10-30 – Dustin R. Gorden, 38, Kewanee, cited for driving with no insurance.
10-30 – Isaiah T. Fisher, 19, Buda, was arrested following a single-vehicle accident. He was charged for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, driving too fast for conditions, driving with no insurance, driving under the influence of alcohol and driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood content over .08. He posted bond and surrendered his driver’s license and was released with a court date to appear.
11-1 – A scam complaint was reported from a Wyoming resident in the 200 block of W. Grove St
11-1 – Thomas J. Neufcour, 30, Bradford, was ticketed for driving without insurance.
11-2 – Jessica A. Williams, 48, Castleton, was ticketed for driving without vehicle insurance and driving on a suspended registration.
11-2 – Christopher A. Hull, 33, Wyoming, was ticketed for operation of a loud music amplification system and for driving without front registration.
11-3 – Jennifer L. Redgate, 39, Pekin, was ticketed for speeding, operating an uninsured vehicle and driving with a suspended registration.
11-4 – A domestic battery complaint was reported from a Bradford resident in the 100 block of E. Main St.
11-5 – Theft and battery incident reported by a Wyoming resident in 300 block of W. Grove St.
11-5 – A stolen truck was reported to the Stark County Sheriff’s Department taken from a residence in Wyoming. That evening, the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office engaged in a high-speed pursuit with the missing vehicle which traveled back into Stark County. Deputies from both departments, along with Stark County Sheriff Steve Sloan, pursued the truck, which reportedly wrecked on Route 91 north of Wyoming. The suspect, however, drove from the scene before being apprehended on Duncan Road. Driver was a 17-year-old Wyoming juvenile, along with a 14-year-old Toulon minor passenger. Driver was transported to St. Luke Hospital in Kewanee and released. The boys were released back to their parents. The incident is under investigation.

10-31 – to the 300 block of NE 1st St. for a burning complaint. Monday is not a burning day, per Galva ordinance. The fire was put out.
11-1 – As the result of a traffic stop on Morgan Rd. near NW 3rd Ave., Autumn Ince, 39, Kewanee, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, driving while license suspended, no insurance and suspended registration. She was taken to the Henry County Jail.
11-1 – to the 300 block of Front St. for a report involving theft over $500.
11-1 – Officer was notified about water coming out of the ground in the 700 block of NE 1st Ave. It was determined to be a water main break.
11-2 – to the 200 block of Morgan Rd. for a child-custody dispute.
11-2 – to the 300 block of Front St. for a disorderly conduct complaint involving phone threats from juveniles.
11-2 – to the 300 block of NW 1st St. for a complaint involving juveniles loitering near the residence. They were advised to move along.
11-2 – to the Exchange St. railroad crossing for a vehicle that attempted to turn eastbound there and got stuck on the tracks behind Veterans Park. Tarletons removed the vehicle.
11-3 – to the 00 block of NE 6th St. for a loose-dog complaint. The owner was notified about a hole in the fence.
11-3 – to the 400 block of N. Center Ave. for a loose-dog complaint. Dog impounded, later released to owner.
11-4 – to 500 block of NW 3rd Ave. for a loose-dog complaint. Dog impounded, later released to its owner.
11-4 – to the 400 block of NE 1st St. for violation of an order of protection.
11-4 – to the 300 block of SW 3rd St, for a physical domestic disturbance. This case is pending.
11-5 – to Route 34 for a report of several power poles broken off and wires down, due to the high winds. Ameren was contacted.
11-5 – to the 200 block of NW 4th Ave. for a car being egged.
11-6 – to assist Henry County with a domestic disturbance on Route 34 two miles west of town.
10-31 – Luis Enriquez-Viera, 40, Monmouth, citation for speeding in 1000 block of SE 2nd St.
11-1 – Marilu Bonilla, 52, Kewanee, citation for speeding in the 100 block of SW 2nd Street.
11-1 – Isabel Benito-Lopez, 57, Kewanee, citation for speeding in the 100 block of SW 2nd St.
11-1 – Richard Shambaugh, 55, Spring Valley, citation for speeding, 1000 block of N. Center Ave.
11-3 – Linda Gaard, 51, Altona, was issued a citation for expired registration in 200 block of SE 2nd St.
Peoria County report
11-1 – Justin W. Collins, 42, of Galva was arrested 4 p.m. Nov. 1 and held for another law-enforcement agency, according to the Peoria County Sheriff’s Office.
11-2 – Ryan G. Smith, 38, of Bradford was arrested Nov. 2 and accused of retail theft of less than $300 and unlawful possession of less than 5 grams of methamphetamine, according to the Peoria County Sheriff’s Office. Smith also held for another law-enforcement agency.
