Stark County
10-19 – A 16-year-old Wyoming teen was involved in a single-vehicle rollover accident at the intersection of 600N and 200E.
10-20 – Eric P. Rose, 43, Dahinda, ticketed for speeding 73 mph in a 55 zone.
10-20 – A possible blackmail was reported by a Wyoming resident in the 700 block of N. Galena Ave.
10-21 – Robert C. Boatman Jr., 41, Toulon, was arrested for aggravated battery to a peace officer.
10-22 – Larry G. Anderson, 73, Bradford, was cited for driving without a valid registration plate, driving on a suspended license and operating an uninsured vehicle.
10-24 – Cody J. Curtis, 33, Galesburg, was arrested for obstructing justice and found wanted on an outstanding Tazewell County warrant for failure to appear for possession of meth. He was transported to Bureau County Jail, awaiting extradition.
10-26 – Austin T. Pinon of Wyoming reported the theft from his garage of items estimated to be worth more than $1,000.
10-26 – Breeanna R. Edens, 24, Kewanee, cited for speeding 88 mph in a 55 zone.
10-21 – Driver Alisa L. Ramsay, 44, Wyoming, was traveling north in an alley when she struck a parked vehicle owned by Scott A. Petty, 36, of Kewanee in the 100 block of East Agard St. near Seventh St. in Wyoming. Estimated vehicle damage was reported at over $1,500.
10-28 – A 16-year-old Bradford teen was involved in a single-vehicle crash ton the North Wyoming Road. The juvenile was traveling south when his vehicle left the roadway oand struck a tree head-on. The teen reportedly suffered minor injuries and was transported to OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
10-26 – Jesus S. Araiza, 18, Peoria, cited for speeding 80 mph in a 55 zone.
10-27 – Matthew B. Henry, 20, LaFayette, was cited for speeding 72 mph in a 55 zone and driving on a suspended registration due to mandatory insurance. His vehicle was impounded.
10-27 – A traffic stop resulted in two arrests at the Route 17 and 78 junction west of Toulon. Stacie L. Williams, 40, Kewanee, was cited for speeding 79 mph in a 55 zone, driving without vehicle insurance and possession of a controlled substance. Passenger Andrew K. Hulslander, 39, Galva, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic syringe. Williams’ vehicle was impounded.
10-30 – Tyler J. Epps, 24, Brimfield, was cited for operating an uninsured vehicle, failure to transfer a vehicle title and improper use of registration. His vehicle was impounded.
10-31 – Joshua R. Sneed, 46, Sun City, Ariz., was arrested on two outstanding warrants by the Stark County Sheriff’s Office. Sneed was wanted for failure to appear on a DuPage County warrant for possession of dangerous drugs and on a Cook County warrant for driving under the influence. He was taken to Bureau County Jail awaiting extradition.
11-4 – Brett M. Paxton, 44, of Annawan hit a deer while driving on Illinois Route 78 near 100N. No injuries were reported. Vehicle damage was estimated at over $1,500.
11-7 – Logan L. Sadowski,
18, of Toulon, was traveling north on Illinois Route 78 about one-half mile north of 200N when his vehicle left the roadway and struck a utility pole before coming to rest in a cornfield. No injuries were reported. The vehicle sustained estimated damage over $1,500. Sadowski was cited for improper lane usage and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
11-4 – Joshua A. Allen, 37, Toulon, was cited for driving under the
influence, driving a vehicle with no insurance, speeding 65 mph in a 55 zone and possession of cannabis by a driver. His vehicle was impounded.
11-4 – Jaxon C. Carder, 18, Toulon, ticketed for driving without a
vehicle registration.
11-8 – Diego P. Morales, 39, West Chicago, cited for speeding 84 mph in a 55 zone.
Nov. 10 – Natasha S. Weeks, 34, Peoria, cited for speeding 75 mph in a 55 zone.
Peoria County Report
10-21 – A Toulon man was found in Peoria in possession of a stolen U-Haul truck filled with items, some that also were reported stolen.
Robert B. Turnbull, 39, was arrested at 11:45 p.m. at the Circle K gasoline station at 7815 N. University St. A Peoria police officer saw the truck parked at the gas pumps. The truck was reported stolen between 3 a.m. and 4 a.m. Oct. 20 from U-Haul, 8400 N. Allen Rd., according to a police report.
Inside the truck were tools and electrical components worth about $8,500 reported missing from a Peoria contractor. At least two dozen items were in the truck, including night stands, suitcases and a clothing trunk.
Turnbull was accused of motor vehicle theft and transported to the Peoria County Jail. He also was wanted in Peoria County for burglary and in Woodford County for driving on a suspended license
10-23 – A two-vehicle crash near Edelstein resulted in a minor injury to a Bradford woman who said she fell asleep at the steering wheel.
Michelle L. Peterson was driving a southbound 2016 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck shortly after 10:15 a.m. on Illinois Route 40 at Hallock Hollow Road when the vehicle struck the driver’s side of a northbound 2023 Ford Transit van, according to a Peoria County Sheriff’s Office report.
The other driver was Nathan J. Wiese of Creve Coeur.
Peterson was cited for improper lane use. Both vehicles sustained significant damage and were towed.

11-3 – Maria Gitierrez, 36, Monmouth, was cited for operating a vehicle when registration was suspended for mandatory insurance in the 200 block of SE 2nd St..
11-4 – Laura McNeeley, 63, Galesburg, was cited for operating a vehicle when registration suspended for mandatory insurance in the 500 block of W. Division St.
11-5 – to the 200 block of E. Division St. for attempted burglary from a vehicle. The suspect fled and was not located. No entry was made.
11-6 – to the 100 block of Market St. for a juvenile complaint.
11-6 – to U.S. Route 34 east of town after reports of a subject walking with a long gun. Officer located the subject, who had a crossbow and was legally huntinga.
11-6 – to the 00 block of NE 4th St. to assist a citizen who appeared to be suffering from a mental-health crisis.
11-7 – to the 100 block of SW 4th St. for a domestic disturbance and to remove an unwanted subject.
11-7 – Abigail Camacho, 26, of Kewanee was cited for speeding in the 800 block of N. Center Ave.
11-8 – to the 400 block of SE 6th Ave. for a barking-dog complaint. The owners took it inside.
11-8 – multiple times to the 00 block of NE 4th St. for a subject suffering from a mental-health crisis.
11-9 – to the 100 block of SE 2nd St. for a verbal domestic dispute.
11-9 – to the 00 block of SW 4th St. for complaint of an aggressive dog.
