12-6 – William D. Lubben, 27, Peoria, was ticketed for driving without headlights when required and for driving on an expired driver’s license.
12-7 – A deer-related vehicle accident occurred near the intersection of 300N and 800 E. The driver was Wesley J. Morrissey, 38, of Wyoming. No injuries reported. The vehicle sustained over $1,500 in estimated damages.
12-7 – A deer-related vehicle accident occurred on Route. 17 east of the 950E intersection. The driver was John Boarman, 61, of Toulon. No injuries reported. The vehicle sustained over $1,500 in estimated damages.
12-8 – Donna J. Bantz of Toulon reported the theft of her medication. The incident is under investigation.
12-9 – Wesley L. Fuller, 44, Manito, was arrested for driving while his license was suspended, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and criminal trespass to property.
12-9 – A traffic stop netted several arrests including Nickolus McPherson, 35, Kewanee, who was charged with possession of meth and illegal transportation of cannabis; Jacob Barrett, 21, Kewanee, charged with possession of meth; Josefina Baxter, 39, Davenport, Iowa, for possession of meth and drug paraphernalia; and Tifany Holland, 39, East Moline, who was cited for driving on an expired registration. McPherson, Barrett and Baxter were all released with notices to appear in court.
12-9 – Joshua T. Humes, 41, Wyoming, was arrested for violating an emergency order of protection. He was booked at Stark County Jail and transported to the Bureau County Jail.
12-9 – Luis A. Hernandez, 21, Peoria, was arrested for speeding 101 mph in a 55 zone. He was later released with a notice to appear.

12-4 – to the 300 block of SE 3rd Ave. to remove an unwanted subject.
12-4 – Officer was flagged down in the 100 block of N. Exchange St. by a subject who wanted to turn in a freedom of information act request.
12-4 – Officer assisted Henry County serve orders of protection to subjects in the 700 block of NW 1st Ave. and the 300 block of SE 1st Ave.
12-4 – Drew Cotton, 41, Mineral, cited for having expired registration in the 1200 block of NW 3rd Ave.
12-5 – to the 700 block of W. Division St. for a single-vehicle accident involving a wide-load semi towing a modular house. The semi got over too far and the house struck multiple power poles and knocked down several live power wires.
12-5 – to a reported domestic disturbance in the 200 block of SE 4th St.
12-5 – As the result of a traffic stop in the 1200 block of SE 2nd St., Brayden Link, 18, Orion, and Tate O. Dell, 19, Orion, were each arrested for unlawful possession and/or consumption of alcohol by a minor and both was also cited for illegal transportation of alcohol. They were released with court dates.
12-5, 12-6 and 12-7 – Rachel Rawlings, 38, Galva, was issued an administrative warning ticket for accumulation of trash on her property in the 900 block of W. Division St.
12-6 – to Route 34 west of town to check on a disabled semi-truck and trailer. The vehicle was off the roadway and was scheduled to be removed the following day.
12-6 – to the 00 block of SW 4th St. for a verbal disturbance.
12-6 – to the 00 block of NE 6th St. for a report of a two-vehicle side-swipe accident outside of town.
12-6 – to the 00 block of SW 4th St. for a verbal domestic disturbance.
12-7 – to the 300 block of SW 3rd St. for a domestic disturbance. One subject was transported by ambulance for a mental-health evaluation.
12-7 – An Amtrak train stopped at the SW 6th Ave. railroad crossing for a passenger who was possibly having a heart attack. Subject was transported by ambulance for evaluation or treatment.
12-7 – to the Exchange Street railroad tracks for a crossing-arm malfunction. BNSF was contacted.
12-8 – to the 800 block of W. Division St. to remove debris from the roadway.
12-8 – to the 500 block of NW 8th St. for a solicitor complaint. The subject was located and did not have a permit. They were advised of the permit process.
12-8 – to the 00 block of SW 4th St. to recover a wallet found in the area.
12-8 – to the 00 block of SW 4th St. for a theft complaint.
12-8 – to the 300 block of SW 3rd St. for a 911 call that plotted there. It was an accidental misdial.
12-8 – to a verbal domestic disturbance in the 100 block of NW 8th Ave.
12-8 – Officer spoke to an officer from the Canton Police Department in reference to recovered property that was believed to possibly be stolen from this area.
12-9 – to Illinois Route 78 near Black Hawk College to assist Stark County with a traffic stop involving multiple subjects. Several arrests were made by the Stark County Sheriff’s Department.
12-9 – to the 00 block of NE 4th St. for a welfare check on a subject suffering from a mental-health crisis.
12-9 – to the 00 block of SW 2nd St. for an activated burglar alarm. Officer located an unlocked door. Nobody was found during a search. A keyholder was contacted to secure the doors.
12-9 – to check on a suspicious vehicle in the 600 block of S. Center Ave. The subject was located and had a disabled vehicle with a flat tire.
12-9 – to the 00 block of SW 4th St. for a threats complaint. During the follow up, a suspect was found to have a warrant. As a result, Robert Barnes, 37, Kewanee, was arrested on a Marshall County warrant for residential burglary. He was taken to the Henry County Jail.
12-10 – to the 00 block of SW 4th St. for a burning complaint.
12-10 – to the 300 block of NE 1st St. for a reckless-driving complaint. Officer was not able to locate the suspect vehicle.
