9-11 – A domestic incident was investigated in the 200 block of Lyons Court in Toulon.
9-12 – A domestic battery incident was handled in the 300 block of S. Peoria St., in Bradford.
9-12 – Eric M. Larson, 28, Wyoming, was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. He was ticketed in conjunction to a single-vehicle crash on the South Valley Road.
9-14 – Jorge L. Comacho, 19, Peoria, was cited for speeding over 100 mph in a 55 zone, and for driving with no insurance.

9-12 – to the 200 block of NW 1st Ave. for a complaint of an out-of-control juvenile.
9-12 – to the 500 block of NW 8th St. for a disturbance involving a subject with a baseball bat against another subject with a large butcher knife. The report was unfounded.
9-12 – to a traffic complaint in the 200 block of SW 2nd Ave. The complainant was concerned about a female driving a lawn mower pulling a young child in a lawn cart. The subject was located and spoken to about the dangers involved.
9-12 – to the 200 block of NW 1st Ave. for a domestic disturbance involving a juvenile.
9-13 – to the 500 block of SE 2nd St. to recover a used needle that was found in the area.
9-13 – along with the fire department to assist Knox County with a vehicle fire south of town on Knox Rd 2800 N. Knox County arrested a subject for DUI.
9-14 – to the 100 block of NW 7th Ave. for a complaint involving animal neglect. The pet owner was contacted and the dogs were removed from the property.
9-14 – to a residence in the 300 block of SE 3rd St. for a city ordinance violation. Officer explained how to get rid of furniture items.
9-14 – to Wiley Park for a complaint involving an adult subject approaching a young child and giving the child an unknown item.
9-14 – to the 400 block of SE 2nd St. for a loose-dog complaint. Owner responded and caught the dog.
9-15 – along with Stark County Medic to a residence on NE 4th Ave. for a possible overdose. The subject was unresponsive. Narcan was used and the patient was transported by ambulance.
9-15 – After conducting follow up from an incident in Wiley Park on Sept. 14, a male subject was served with a banning letter, which prohibits him from returning to city parks.
9-15 – Officer received a complaint of graffiti on the new band shell in Wiley Park. It was determined to be sidewalk chalk and was rinsed off.
9-15 – to the 300 block of NE 2nd St. for a complaint involving out-of-control juveniles.
9-15 – back to the 300 block of NE 2nd St. for a complaint involving two juveniles who ran away from home. The subjects returned home about 25 minutes later.
9-15 – As the result of a traffic stop in the 900 block of SE 2nd St., Michael Gray, 49, Kewanee, was arrested for driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured vehicle. He was released with a required court date.

9-16 – to the 00 block of NE 9th St. to follow up on a complaint. As the result, Randy McGinnis, 62, Galva, was arrested for production or possession of cannabis sativa plants. He was released with a court date.
