• ELMWOOD – An Elmwood woman has decided to press charges against her former live-in boyfriend for taking her car without permission on Feb. 19, according to an Elmwood police report. The woman claimed he possibly took the car to go to Peoria to purchase illegal drugs. She also said he had no valid driver’s license.
• ELMWOOD – A woman called emergency services on Feb 19 when a man who she was taking to a movie failed to meet her outside his Elmwood residence, according to an Elmwood police report. A BYE medical team with an assist by Elmwood police found the intoxicated man “between the bathroom toilet and a cabinet” where he had fallen. With low vital signs, he was transported to OSF St. Francis Hospital.
• ELMWOOD – Bryer S. Stage, 20, of Elmwood was charged on Feb. 18 with a failure to appear in court.
• PRINCEVILLE – Matthew E. Alwan, 23, of Princeville was charged on Feb. 19 with DUI alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol, and improper lane usage.
