Farmington police were summoned about 6 p.m. Feb. 10 to the 100 block of E. Fort St. There they found 35-year-old Justin M. Mills sitting in a chair inside the business and drinking from a bottle of Barefoot Bubbly Moscato Spumante, according to a police report.
