On Feb. 19, Mayor Kenn Stufflebeam cast the deciding vote in deciding to purchase three Flock cameras for $12,750 apiece. Dunn, 39, was transported to the Peoria County Jail following the incident, which happened about 5 p.m. March 24 in the 5000 block of W. Streitmatter Rd.
