11-9 – Lucas J. Ramsay, 44, of Wyoming was arrested at 6:30 a.m. Nov. 9 and accused of aggravated assault and disorderly conduct, according to the Peoria County Sheriff’s Office.

Incidents and Accidents
Stark County
10-25 – A possible theft scam was reported to authorities from a Castleton resident.
11-6 – Stephanie J. Mullins, 35, Kewanee, was ticketed for speeding 52 mph in a 45 zone and for driving while her license was revoked.
11-6 – A deer-related vehicle accident occurred on Route. 78 approximately a half-mile from the 1100N intersection. The driver was Daniel Underwood, 51, of Wyoming. No injuries reported, but the vehicle sustained over $1,500 in damages.
11-6 – Dannyel C. Carroll, 33, Princeville, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, illegal transportation of alcohol by a passenger and illegal transportation of adult-use cannabis. She was released with a notice to appear.
11-10 – A Wyoming resident reported being a possible victim of a credit card fraud and or theft. The incident remains under investigation.
11-12 – Alex R. Nowlan, 30, Toulon, cited for 86 mph in a 55 zone and for passing in a no-passing zone.
11-12 – Tristan M. Tucker, 21, Kewanee, cited for illegal transportation of alcohol and for 73 mph in a 55 zone.
11-12 – Lewis R. J. Robinson, 24, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, ticketed for illegal transportation of adult-use cannabis in a vehicle.
11-12 – Jace E. Jennings, 27, Kewanee, ited for driving without vehicle insurance.
11-12 – Kellie Gerber, Toulon, reported criminal damage to property after discovering evidence of an unknown individual keying her 2016 Ford Mustang.

11-6 – to the 100 block of NW 3rd Ave. to meet a complainant in reference to a theft report.
11-6 – to the 800 block of SE 1st St. for a disturbance involving a civil dispute between adult brothers.
11-6 – to the 900 block of N. Center Ave. for a civil standby to retrieve a vehicle.
11-7 – to the 300 block of SW 4th St. for a loose-dog complaint.
11-7 – to Wiley Park for a report of broken playground equipment.
11-7 – to the 800 block of SE 1st St. for a theft complaint
11-7 – Joseph Angelo, 32, Colona, cited for disobeying a stop sign on NW 3rd Ave. at Morgan Road.
11-7 – Joshua McMeekan, 32, Monmouth, cited for operating an uninsured vehicle in the 1000 block of N. Center Ave.
11-8 – to Route 34 east of town to attempt to locate an injured rabbit. Officer was not able to locate.
11-8 – to the 900 block of W. Division St. in reference to a city ordinance violation for garbage accumulation. Resident advised they would clean it up.
11-9 – in reference to a civil complaint in the 800 block of SE 1st St.
11-9 – After a traffic stop in the 700 block of SW 4th St., Jordan Morey, 27, Mineral, cited for operating a vehicle when registration suspended for no insurance and for operating an uninsured vehicle. He was released with a required court date.
11-10 – to the 00 block of NE 4th St. for a mental-health crisis and several more times for non-emergency complaints. As a result, John Kurzeja, 42, Galva, was arrested for false reporting to a public safety agency and taken to Henry County Jail.
11-10 – to Wiley Park for a physical altercation involving juveniles.
11-11 – Officer attempted to make a traffic stop in Galva for traffic and equipment violations. The driver sped away and a pursuit ensued on Route 34 west of Galva. The Knox County Sheriff’s Department assisted just past Wataga. The suspect vehicle got onto Interstate 74 and ultimately exited at Woodhull. A high-risk traffic stop was conducted there. The driver, Thomas Mikrut, 18, Galesburg, was arrested for aggravated fleeing or attempting to elude police, reckless driving, improper lane usage (two counts), speeding 120mph in a 55-mph zone and for having a tinted windshield. He was taken to the Henry County Jail.
11-11 – to speak with a subject by telephone about a child custody dispute that has continued for several months.
11-11 – John Soufrance, 28, Geneseo, cited for having expired registration in the 1200 block of SE 2nd St.
11-12 – to assist Stark County with a traffic stop near Black Hawk College.
11-12 – to Wiley Park for a complaint involving a physical altercation involving juveniles.
11-12 – to the 800 block of NE 3rd St. for a loose-dog complaint.
11-12 – Leanne Smith, 25, Hennepin, cited for having expired registration in the 900 block of SE 2nd St.
