Stark County
10-20 – A rural LaFayette man claimed the front license plate of his vehicle was stolen, but he later found it alongside a road.
A Knox County Sheriff’s Office deputy was dispatched about 11 a.m. Oct. 30 to the 2600 block of Illinois Route 180. There, the 70-year-old man said the front plate of his 2012 Ford F-150 pickup truck was missing and last seen Oct. 28. The man couldn’t find the plate initially but searched again Oct. 31 and found it, the report stated.
10-29 – A 15-year-old Wyoming teen was arrested for domestic battery and obstructing and or resisting arrest. He was released with a notice to appear.
10-30 – Manolo B. Lopez, 27, Indianapolis, IN was cited for speeding 60 mph in a 35 zone, driving without a valid driver’s license, and for driving without vehicle insurance.
10-31 – Ronald L. Hallbick, 60, Galesburg, was cited for disobeying a stop sign.
10-31 – Caleb A. Deck, 46, Wyoming, was arrested for failure to signal when required, disobeying a stop sign, failure to wear a seat belt, driving while his license was revoked, fleeing to elude an officer, and driving with unsafe equipment noted as a defective windshield. He was later released with a notice to appear.
11-1 – Michael S. Avery, 63, Wyoming, was cited for driving on a suspended registration.
11-1 – Phillip D. Adams, 23, Toulon, was cited for failure to wear a seatbelt. Also ticketed in the same traffic stop was Samantha Ross, 27, of Toulon, for failure to wear a seatbelt.
11-1 – Charles D. Slightom Jr., 40, Toulon, was arrested and charged with domestic battery. He remains in custody at the Stark County Jail.
11-1 – Julian A. Samuels, 21, Annawan, was cited for speeding 67 mph in a 55 zone, driving without vehicle insurance, and failure to wear a seatbelt.
11-3 – Jeremy B. Welsh, 34, Kewanee, was ticketed for driving without vehicle insurance and for driving on an expired registration.
11-3 – Amie L. Stutler, 36, Kewanee, was cited for speeding 66 mph in a 55 zone.

10-31 – As the result of a traffic stop in the 1300 block of SE 2nd St., James Lasenby, 22, Hobart, Ind., was arrested for illegal possession of adult use cannabis in a motor vehicle. He was released with a court date.
11-1 – While patrolling, officer recognized a subject that he believed may have warrants. After verifying, a traffic stop was conducted in the 300 block of NW 1st St. As the result, Carl Porter, 46, Wyoming, was arrested on a no-bond warrant from Henry County for possession of meth and home-repair fraud. He was taken to the Henry County Jail.

11-2 – to the 100 block of NE 2nd Street for a dog-bite complaint. The dog was current on vaccines.
11-3 – As the result of a traffic stop in the 200 block of SW 3rd St., Logan McCoy, 36, Galva, was cited for operating a vehicle when registration is suspended for no insurance and operating an uninsured vehicle. He was released with a court date.
11-4 – As the result of a traffic stop in the 200 block of SE 2nd St., William Bradley, 75, Roseville, was cited for suspended registration for no insurance and operating an uninsured vehicle. He was released with a court date.
