Police reports
• FARMINGTON – Michael Gabbert, 31, of Peoria Heights was charged on May 30 with unlawful tinting of windows, driving while license is revoked and operating an uninsured vehicle, according to a Farmington police report.
• FARMINGTON – Police were called to the Farmington Pizza Company restaurant on May 5, where burglary to a motor vehicle was taking place, according to a Farmington police report. Ray Ban aviator sunglasses and a toolbox containing socket sets were taken. A radio system was damaged from an attempt to remove it. Police are investigating.
• FARMINGTON – Several charges were added to a traffic violation for a Farmington woman on June 6 when she was stopped at S. Main and E. Central Streets for no registration light, according to a Farmington police report.
Natasha Lesones, 18, of Farmington was charged with illegal transportation of alcohol by a minor, illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and illegal transportation of alcohol by a driver. A charge for possessing a fraudulent driver’s license landed her a notice to appear in a Peoria County court in July. Lesones admitted the stash of alcohol was intended for a party in rural Farmington. The vehicle was impounded.
• ELMWOOD – As of June 2, Rocky Allen Garwood, 34, of Elmwood was being held for another law enforcement agency.
• FARMINGTON – Police Chief Chris Darsham reported the following activity for the Farmington Police Department in May: 1,206 business checks, 4,611 building checks, 1 crash handled, 1 property crime, 51 ordinance violations, 7 crimes against people, 13 miscellaneous incidents, 78 traffic stops, 12 arrests, 13 assists to other police departments.
